At Mila you can rest and restore in a number of ways, from simply sitting with a good read or knitting in a quiet space upstairs to blissful healing and relaxation in the studio to the sound of Tibetan singing bowls.
If your idea of peace and quiet is more spiritual, we have regular meditation sessions, also a monthly sangha, with music and chanting.
Many Mila workshops are designed around the theme of rest. Sally’s monthly Restorative Yoga workshops and Steve’s weekly Inner Peace sessions offer a quiet sanctuary for meditative rest.
